The ATR Move (aka “Algo Levels”) indicator is a companion tool to John Carter’s December 2015 Ultimate Options Traders Edge webinar. The indicator is primarily designed for use on high volume, liquid equity products (e.g. AAPL, NFLX, AMZN, etc) whose trading volume consists of primarily algorithmic machine trading. The ATR Move levels are plotted based on the Friday closing price and remain fixed throughout the following week. These levels tend to act as support and resistance as the algorithms alternatively buy and sell these levels.
