And you know that you should feel worthy now, even on your own.

For too long you’ve said “i’ll journal tomorrow, I’ll meditate tomorrow.

This is the part of you that creates. This is the central layer of your energy that brings about your manifestations. In order for us to attract what we most desire in our everyday lives, it takes intentional precision with our point of attraction to align this with our desires. This is a major part of the innerwork.

VIBES/FREQUENCIES

You got it, we are talking vibes and frequencies of the objects and experiences you desire to have. The hardest part when we’re anxious or tired or drained is that we automatically think our frequency has dropped. We talk about how this may or may not be true, and how we can sit at a certain vibe, lock it in and let our desires roll out for us.

MINDFUL INNERWORK

This is important!! You know those inner conversations that you have with yourself that literally drain you? You go back and forth with YES/NO/DON’T DO THAT/YOU NEED TO DO THAT! You go through all your dilemmas trying to solve them constantly and in the mean time, you just rile yourself up. We address these conversations and lay down the training wheels for this to be SO MUCH MORE FLOWY and less fear driven, less anxiety filled and to be redirected to a one-way flow of love ONLY. You spend the most amount of time with YOURSELF! Meaning that the most conversations you have are WITH YOURSELF! Meaning that if these convos are filled with angst and terror – you’re feeding your mind and energy with that! We clear ALLLL of this and navigate through how to allow these conversations to be love chats & pep talks instead.

AURA HEADACHES

This is the energetic part of you where you feel like you were energetically in a drain state, and are shifting into joy but still have the energetic memory of being in a lower vibe state. I call this an aura headache. Some part of you still wants to sink into the “ease anad comfort” or being in a pain state. THIS IS NOT WHERE WE WANT TO BE! We ditch the unecessary headache and richochet into WHITE AURA mode (just love and bliss).
