From the past seven years, I’ve been helping people worldwide access the peaceful guidance and clarity that is within us all: Within our intuition.

So I’ve designed this in-home retreat to give you a chance to do the same introspective guidance from your own home, your own life, and on your own schedule. Hi, I’m Jess.

Welcome to my online home! I’m glad you’re here.

Though I now help people worldwide live more joyful and fulfilling lives by using consciousness and inner voice work, I started my career when I was fifteen with a jewelry business called Jess LC in Rochester, Michigan. After graduating from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, I grew the accessory company full-time in Chicago and later transitioned to blogging and business coaching.

Knowing that my mission has been to share a deeper and more effective approach to life than simply following the “hustle and grind” methods to “success,” I started exploring these topics through blogging in 2009 and The Lively Show podcast in 2014. The journey has been immense – from interviewing thought-leaders such as Brené Brown, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Elizabeth Gilbert, to exploring beyond the mind with The Collective channeled by Annie Franceour, The Law of Attraction, neurology, and quantum mechanics, to now diving into the world of consciousness.

Along the way, I discovered the power of the intuition, and what I call our “Inner Voice,” which can wisely and practically guide all aspects of our lives beyond our mental perception. The Inner Voice has become an essential part of the work I have done with clients and online students over the past decade and has now led to Inner Voice Facilitator Training (IVFT).
