Our Double Me Now Virtual Assistant system follows a very specific process to identify and onboard a Virtual Assistant/Administrator who matches your needs as outlined below. Our goal is to instill a sense of ownership and pride to ensure the individual connects with you personally and is committed to exceeding your expectations.

 

Our Process involves a great deal of additional detail but below is a high-level summary of the key steps:

 

Length of Process: Typically 2 weeks from receiving your completed questionnaire

 

Candidate Sourcing and Review

 

After reviewing your completed questionnaire, we determine candidates who will be a fit based on skills, personality, work schedule, hours desired, and other key criteria

 

We conduct multiple rounds of interviews and background checks before we shortlist a candidate for you.

 

 

 

Recommendation for Your Evaluation & Final Approval

 

We prepare a candidate briefing for you to review after determining the most highly qualified candidates for you to interview.

 

If for some reason you are not comfortable with our candidate, we will present another option until we identify a candidate who meets your expectations

 

Once you are in agreement with a candidate, you can give your final approval

 

 

 

Program Manager Oversight

 

We will have a Program Manager who will be assigned to you.

 

The Program Manager will oversee the work of the VA and will be your first point of escalation. The Program Manager will also ensure business continuity in case a VA must take any temporary time away

 

 

 

Documentation of Processes and Procedures:

 

Through our robust interview process, your VA will be very qualified and skilled, however, we have found and will provide additional best practices for your VA to follow

 

We will train your VA to develop detailed process documents for all the tasks you assign

 

The goal of this process is to achieve continuous process optimization to ensure the best performance of your VA

 

We will also help your VA secure access to the latest third-party and in-house tools and technologies through our expert IT team

 

 

 

Guarantees and Business Continuity

 

While we rarely experience any challenges, should it be required we will source a new VA for you should there be any concerns as you begin to engage

 

The sourcing and training of a new VA will be covered at no extra cost to you
