Research shows that most exercise-related injuries occur in the transverse planes. This situation occurs because individuals do not practice all three planes of movement. Unlocked & Unloaded-Multiplanar Movement has been created as a training option, designed to increase client competency and proficiency in the three planes of motion and to assist group-exercise instructors with program design for strength and conditioning classes.
