Your sense of intuition can become clouded by noise in the body, fear-based thoughts, and doubts. These thoughts and feelings in the body relate to wounds carried in the lower three chakras, including feeling unsafe, not belonging, a sense of lack, not feeling good enough, abandonment, lack of self, and boundary crossing…

Feeling power in your lower body, by contrast, supports healthy boundaries with energy, a strong sense of self, and grounded intuition.

In this class, we’ll be working with the clairaudient sense of intuitive hearing. Many people with this gift hear different sounds. Some pieces of information are confusing, some are unfamiliar — and often what we fear most of all is the infinite light that lives within us.

We’ll use visualizations to take seeing intuitively deeper into the healing process.
