The joint deformations listed above are the body’s way of masking deep weaknesses that affect everything from gait to hip/knee wear and tear to cellular regeneration.

Balance Bootcamp is a five-hour balance and lecture series led by Katy Bowman, M.S.. “Bootcamp” is designed for your to do one hour a day for five days, using the BOSU® Balance Trainer as a tool of assessment and correction. This course is not education created in conjunction with or endorsed by the BOSU®* company. Balance Bootcamp is a Restorative Exercise™ curriculum, demonstrating a unique way to use the BOSU® fitness tool* in lieu of a force-reaction plate — a tool commonly used in biomechanical laboratories.
