This course will feature LIVE teachings, interactive sessions, experiential practices, and Q&A with Brandy. Module 1: Establish a Solid Mindset for Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind to Activate Self-Healing (April 3)

Brandy will guide you to establish a logical understanding of how to leverage your mind and energy for self-healing, including exciting new research on the nature of energy.
She’ll share why it can feel challenging to achieve true healing results and transform your relationships — and how you can essentially “hack” the process to make it easier by understanding what’s called the emotion-controlled consciousness.
She’ll work with live volunteers who are experiencing physical pain, showing them how they can use their own minds to alleviate their pain. You’ll observe the key insights for achieving healing results. Then, as a class, you’ll begin integrating these insights.
Brandy will show you how to create powerful, uplifting new mind programming, identify problematic mind programming, and then begin reprogramming your subconscious mind to activate self-healing.
To create lasting results, you’ll need to establish new positive neural pathways through focused techniques, including what Brandy calls Positive Emotional Patterning™.
In this opening module, you’ll explore:

It can be surprising to discover that deep within your mind lies a phenomenon that Brandy calls mind-blocking — specific programming that hinders your healing, blocks your happiness, and impedes the life transformation you desire.
A simple example of mind-blocking is writer’s block, a well-known occurrence that prevents writers from finding the words they’re searching for. Mind-blocking can keep you from accessing and achieving what you desire the most in life, including happiness and healing.

You’ll delve more deeply into this topic — and into your subconscious mind — as you work to identify what Brandy calls your symptom emotion that’s linked to your specific pain or illness.
You’ll explore your energy as well as learn how to ask for answers from your own body and energy.
In this module, you’ll explore:
- An interactive exercise for getting information from your energy, so you can gain clarity on your own subconscious and energetic patterns that can affect your health and life
- How to attain profound clarity about your own energy
- Ways to shift emotional-energetic patterns at a deeper level in your mind
- How to improve your understanding and clarity of what Brandy refers to as the symptom emotion
Module 5: Identify & Transform Hidden Relationship Patterns That Impact Your Health So You Can Restructure Your Relationships to Promote Healing (May 1)

Relationships can be some of the most wonderful experiences in life. They can also be incredibly painful. Sometimes, we may find ourselves becoming numb towards them.
As you may have experienced firsthand, relationships can have significant positive and negative impacts on our health.
Research shows that happily married couples tend to live longer, while fighting can slow down healing. Loneliness has been recognized by the Surgeon General as having detrimental effects, and the loss of a spouse can be particularly impactful for seniors.
Now that you’ve been working throughout this course to reprogram your mind, you’ll focus on integrating what you’ve learned into your relationships. Brandy will discuss the “5 C’s for Conscious Change” and the “H.E.A.L. Energy Diet,” an interactive, emotional diet that can add more healing, love, and happiness to your life.
